For a product to bear the Eco-label, it must have comply with strict ecological and performance criteria. In order for Natura Pura to obtain endorsment of the “flower” label the company had to demonstrate a limitation in the use of harmful effect on the air and aquatic environment during the fibre production.
It also had to demonstrate an effective reduction in the risk of allergic reactions as well as good quality of the fabric such as resistance of the colour during washing, drying and light exposure.
